• Enclosed garden with electric fencing 
• Please take note our electric fencing is kept on at all times to keep wildlife out the garden, this is important to note if travelling with toddlers or the family pet, who is welcome by arrangement. The fence can easily be turned off should you wish.

• Alarm linked to armed response, on remote. This is a standard South African home in terms of security, it does not reflect the safety of the area. We walk the streets with our children day and night.

Rates

• 50% non-refundable deposit secures. If you need to cancel and give us enough notice we will try to rebook the dates and refund you, to which we have had good success.

• Balance is payable 1 month prior to arrival

• Send us an email of WhatsApp message with your arrival date, departure date and group size and we will send you the total costs.​

Exclusive Bookings

Always offered as a single unit to only one couple, group or family at a time. If you book one of our holiday villas it will be for your exclusive use.

Minimum Stay

10 night minimum stay over Christmas period (20 Dec - 3 Jan)

Due to our location in a peaceful seaside village our properties are not available to let for events / functions.
