Delightful, beautifully decorated and cozy holiday home on the shore of the Indian Ocean, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with stunning views of the Indian Ocean and Beachview Beach from almost every room. The beach is a 1 minute or less walk.

Outside

• Seaside deck patio furniture for enjoining the outside braai/bbq, watching the sunset of viewing the dolphins that visit us all year round and the whales that visit May-November. This is a massive whale migration traveling thousands of miles to the east coast to calf and then returning past us with their calves as they swim back west. We have a charter company that we recommend that we share with you before arrival to arrange to see these animals up close and personal in the wild.

• 1 Min or less to the sandy beach with rock pools especially safe and amazing for kids at low or high tide. Although we form part of a rocky shoreline there are numerous sandy beaches nearby which we will share with you ahead of your trip.

• The front garden is not enclosed so unfortunately the house is unavailable to animal lovers who wish to travel with pets.  You will notice many houses in the area with no boundary walls/fences due to the fact that the area is very safe

• Enclosed back garden with 3rd braai/bbq area.

• Alarm linked to armed response, on remote. This is a standard South African home in terms of security, it does not reflect the safety of the area. We walk the streets with our children day and night.

Rates

• 50% non-refundable deposit secures. If you need to cancel and give us enough notice we will try to rebook the dates and refund you, to which we have had good success.

• Balance is payable 1 month prior to arrival

• Send us an email of WhatsApp message with your arrival date, departure date and group size and we will send you the total costs.​

Exclusive Bookings

Always offered as a single unit to only one couple, group or family at a time. If you book one of our holiday villas it will be for your exclusive use.
